Heinz Stefan Herzka (* 1935) is a child physician, child psychiatrist and emeritierter professor at the University of Zurich.

Herzka uses itself by its activity also after its retirement for the interests and the needs of the children. Around to illustrate a current (2005) suggestion of Herzka is quoted: "“Child day: If we would open only one day for the children in the year all offices, factories, business, studio, technical and universities - all work places -, and also the roads for them kept free, we rapidly again would learn, which the basic needs of humans are, those of the child and those of the adult carry, for that its Kindsein in itself."”
