Helmut Knochen (* 14. March 1910 in Magdeburg; "† 4 April 2003; in open brook at the Main) was from 1940 to 1942 commanders of the state police and the SD in Paris (BdS). After the release of France by the allied ones still with the body banner Adolf Hitler.

Life

Bone studied history and English in Leipzig and Goettingen. It closed with a graduation to the Dr. phil. in Goettingen off and member of the NSDAP became in the year 1932, still before the power transmission to the Nazis; 1936 followed the entrance into the weapon SS, where he brought it up to the banner leader. Together with its deputy Kurt Lischka and Karl Oberg he was responsible in Paris for over 200.000 Deportationen in KZs.

After 1945

In June 1946 he was condemned by a British military court in Wuppertal, because of murder British pilot in the Vogesen, to death, caught on. The judgement was not executed, instead the distribution at France took place on 1 July 1947. There he was likewise condemned on 10 October 1954 by a French military tribunal in Paris to death. 1958 were converted the judgement into a lifelong detention, in December 1962 came the dismissal from French detention.

Afterwards the entrance into the civil life with stays into Baden-Baden, cock clover (Clausthal Zellerfeld) followed; 1. And starting from 1963 he lived marriage, birth of a son in open brook at the Main. Helmut Knochen was active as insurance agents and married 1982 a second time.
