Herbert Henri Jasper (* 27. July 1906 in La Grande, Canada; "† 11 June 1999) was a Canadian neuro scientist.

It supplied pioneer work in the area of the Elektroenzephalographie. From 1932 to 1938 it developed to the Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island a EEG laboratory. 1935 it published the first work in the USA in Science over the human EEG.

Until today is its development of the 10-20-system of importance.

Jasper was a coworker of savages Penfield.
