Hildegunde Piza Katzer (* 2 April 1941 in is a Austrian Chirurgin.

Piza Katzer was 1970 to 1992 at the university clinic in Vienna and at the national hospital Salzburg actively. 1992 developed it a department for plastic surgery at the hospital Lainz, until 1999 were it their chief. Piza Katzer was the first Ordinaria for plastic surgery in the German-speaking countries. Since 1999 it is of the Univ. - Hospital for plastic and re-establishment surgery in Innsbruck. In the year 2000 it was by the Austrian club of the education and science journalists to the Wissenschaftlerin of the yearly. Piza Katzer was from 1992 to 1994 president of the Austrian society for plastic ones and re-establishment surgery as well as president of the Austrian society for surgery (1999 to 2000). Under its line the Innsbrucker hospital for plastic ones and re-establishment surgery is promoted to the center for operational corrections of childlike hand false formations.
