Holiday pay (also: "“additional holiday pay"” or "“vacation bonus"”) is an additional payment of the employer to his employee and/or the service gentleman at its officials, which is usually expenditure-paid with the June content and a contribution to the additional expenditures due to vacation of the concerning resulting usually in the summer to represent. To differentiate it is in particular of the vacation payment after "§ 11 BUrlG, which designates the far payment of the usual wages for the time of the vacation, and/or which appropriate payment continued payment for officials.
