The HR-XML-consortium is an independent, non-profit combination, which would like to standardize enterprise-far data exchange in the personnel management world-wide.

The work of the combination concentrates on the development and the promotion of the standardized XML vocabulary within the personnel management range.

At present by the consortium standards for the recruitment are developed. The HR-XML-consortium represented by its members in 22 countries.

The Staffing Exchange Protocol (September) is a family of XML specifications, which serves for the support of data transactions in the recruitment. In addition the Datentransfer of recruitment advertising between the HR information system (HRIS) and on-line job exchange services belongs. The moreover one it serves the Datentransfer of applicant data between different HRIS.

The current version of September was developed under co-operation of a multiplicity of international representatives of different groups of interests. In addition enterprises, national work mediators, Recruiting enterprises, job and career portals, Applicant Tracking system offerers, Assessment Provider and HRIS offerers belonged.

SIDES

The Staffing Industry DATA Exchange standard (SIDES) was developed, in order to automate data exchange between HR information systems and time work companies.

The SIDE standard offers a standardized interface to software providers at time work companies to interconnect to third offerers and firm customers.

The which is the basis principle is based to automate data exchange with many offerers or customer by the several times usable SIDES interface.

HR-xsl

HR-xsl a software is on sourceforge which HR-XML applications in XSL-FO converts.
