Hugo Karl Anton Pernice (*9. November 1829 in resounds (Saale); "† 31 December 1901 in grab forest) was a German physician and professor for at the University of grab forest.

Pernice born in resounds as a son of the lawyer Ludwig William Anton Pernice. After the school attendance of the High School of the Francke donations it studied medicine in resounds, Goettingen (it became member of the Corps Hannovera Goettingen there) and grab forest.

Pernice received a call to 1858 as a professor from resounds after grab forest. There he was until 1899 a director of the Geburtshilflichen and hospital. In addition it was first chairmen 1863 of the created medical association grab forest.
