The term human factor, also human measured variable, human factor (English human Factor) is a comprehensive term for psychological, cognitive and social factors of influence in sozio technical systems and man-machine systems. Contrary to the ergonomics and to classical ergonomics the emphasis is less thereby on the physical and anthropometrischen characteristics.
