Ibn on-Nafis, (*1210 or 1213 in Damascus; "† 1288 in Cairo) were an Arab physician.

It studied medicine in Cairo, where it transferred it the line later in the Nasiri hospital.

Its special earnings/services lie in the Erstbeschreibung of the small Blutkreislaufs, better well-known than lung cycle. Also it recognized the supply of the heart by the coronary containers.

The moreover one commentated it the writings of Hippokrates and Avicenna and wrote books concerning parliamentary allowance and eye diseases.
