Ignaz (* 24. May 1770 in Bamberg; "† 14 January 1841 in Munich) was a German physician.

was since 1794 a professor for physiology at the University of Bamberg, since 1803 at the University of peppering castle. 1823 it accepted a Professur at the medical school in Munich and changed 1826 to the anatomy of the university, when this from land hat to Munich had been shifted.

Since 1823 it was also member of the Academy of Sciences in Munich.
