The I.K. Hofmann GmbH is a European-wide active time work company with seat in Nuremberg.

Firm history

Ingrid Hofmann, which had already worked some years as an employee at a time work company, created 1985 with 31 years in Nuremberg the I.K. Hofmann GmbH, also Hofmann personnel leasing mentioned. It belonged thereby to the pioneers in the time work industry in Germany. 1988 were already opened a branch in Munich. Further addresses followed in short time periods and 1990 with free mountain, also the first branch in the new Lands of the Federal Republic. The first representation abroad opened 1997 in Austria. Foundations of a firm in Great Britain and Tschechien followed. 1999 developed a close co-operation with the company DATEV. The I.K. Hofmann GmbH (group) employs 2006 of approximately 6500 coworkers in 56 addresses in Germany, as well as in subsidiaries in Austria, Tschechien and England. In the year 2005 155 million euro were converted. The enterprise won numerous prices, under it the Bavarian quality price, in the past years lastingness price and the Bayerns Best 50 and reserved with enterprise comparisons always front seats. Ingrid Hofmann receives the Prix Veuve Clicquot for the Unternehmerin of the yearly 2002 and in December 2003 as an only woman into the presidency of the Federal union of German employers' associations (Federal Employers Association) was selected.
