Impulse goods or impulse articles are products, which are procured without lengthy purchase decisions.

In typical supermarkets by skillful arranging of the Warenregale as often as possible to a stimulus one entices. Supermarket customers become particularly weak with sweets. Thus therefore at the cash, usually in the direct field of vision and comfortable grasp height numerous sweets are, usually individually packaged, so that one succumbs to the temptation easily, once "“which to itself"”.
