The income politics (called in the anglo-saxon surrounding field also "“incomes policy"”) cover the politico-economic measures of the state for the influence of the money income of the consumers. The principal purpose of the income politics is the stabilization of the price level and the inflation. This goal can be achieved by different politico-economic measures:

Instruments of the income politics

Indirect measures

by order-political measures like e.g. Monetary policy or fiscal policy tries the state indirectly to influence on the development of the income to take.

Direct measures

by process-political measures like e.g. mindest or maximum wage borders tries the state directly to influence on individual restaurant processes to take.

Behavior influence

the state uses various techniques on the manipulation of the behavior of the restaurant subjects aims at. e.g. by switching of information about the economic situation, or taxes and interest which can be expected, by a measure retaining appeal (moral suasion), by national obligation etc.
