Economical view

Technical view

From technical view production engineering can the industrielle be subdivided in energy engineering, process engineering and finishing technique. Energy engineering is concerned with the transformation of energy. Process engineering covers the production and transformation of materials with certain chemical and physical characteristics, but without defined geometrical form. The finishing technique means the production of formed workpieces and their assembly to functional products. As auxiliary techniques the information technology and the conveying engineering can be regarded.
