Infinity Broadcasting corporation is an US-American medium enterprise and after CLEAR Channel Communications the second largest owner and operator of Radiosendern in the USA. Infinity possesses at present 178 radio stations in 22 Federal States of the USA.

Infinity Broadcasting fused 1997 with the TV-network CBS and was to at the end of of 2005, as part of CBS, a subsidiary of the medium company Viacom. With the allocation of Viacom into two companies the Infinity Broadcasting corporation belongs, under the new name CBS radio to the CBS corporation since 1 January 2006.
