The Initiativbewerbung is a special form of the application for training or a job. The Initiativbewerbung is effected a spontaneous application and without previous offers or requests via employments offered. She can be arranged either as short application or as detailed application. Generally the Initiativbewerbung is called also blind application.

The telephone contact to an enterprise or an organization with the intention of a job search is to be already regarded as Initiativbewerbung. It can take place also in writing on paper, in writing electronically (E-Mail) or electronically (application form).
