Institutionalizing means actually the process of the formation and/or establishment of institutions or also their locking and abolishment. That concerns all official as well as ranges including the health service. The development is among other things dependent on the degree the Professionalisierung, which is reached later at these again created mechanisms. In this process it to the definition and development of social standards, status relations and "“rule mechanisms"” come, which can express themselves among other things also in practice from sanctions, thus promotions or punishments, which remain essentially unchanged except for few exceptions. Further it comes to the definition and demarcation of the scopes of responsibility of the person's groups involved within such an institute.
