The interior relationship describes the rights and obligations of the partners of an enterprise among themselves. These come out either from the articles of association or, if these are not regulated there, from the legal regulations and regulate the profit like also loss participation as well as the tasks of the management.

The opposite represents the external relationship, thus the legal relations of the society outward to third.
