Internationally computer Limited (ICL) was the last independent British manufacturer of universally usable large computers.

The ICL developed 1968 from the fusion of the two manufacturers English Electric and internationally computer and of tabulator (ICT), which 1984 were taken over by standard Telephones and Cables (STC).
