Jiaogulan (Gynostemma pentaphyllum) is a climbing plant from the family of the and occurs in China, Japan and Thailand in free nature. The plant is also called "herb of the immortality", because into certain regions the above average high life expectancy is attributed to the consumption of the plant. Further designations are "Miracle Grass", "Five Leaves Ginseng" and some more.
How the accompanying name "Five Leaves Ginseng" means, the welfare forces are after-said to the Jiaogulan by Ginseng, only that the recovering contents materials in quadruple concentration in relation to the Ginseng are to be present. Among other things is Jiaogulan
