Job Enrichment is an aspect of the work structuring in the university-personnel field of work. The past activity of a coworker is extended by work extent on higher requirement level. This is reached by (presupposed) a further training of the coworker. To work the coworker into the position put in higher measure solely responsible. One speaks therefore also of a measure of the vertical restructuring, contrary to a horizontal restructuring (see job Enlargement).
