Its grandchild Friedrich Adolf place-hope created 1865 a new factory in the Oehde, a local part in long field. The enterprise continued to expand, then factories in Barmen, Krefeld and Augsburg were created.
1903 took place the transformation to the corporation under the company "J.P. Bemberg AG ".
Against 1900 turned production increases the celanese production too. This culminated in the production of copper celanese into the 1920er year. International addresses, among other things in Italy, France, Japan and the U.S.A., took place.
1925 were taken over the stock majority of the united glazed fabric factories.
Since 1927 the enterprise focused itself on celanese production. In the Second World War outweighed the production of parachute oaths (up to 40 tons of silk on the day, 4,400 persons employed).
To 13. March 1945 with an air raid 70% of the production plants were destroyed, the foreign addresses went lost. 1946 took place a reestablishment with approx. 300 employees.
Production flourished (perlon, nylon, Cuprophan, Bemberg Lavabel), against 1969 was again about 3,800 employees busy.
1971 fused Bemberg with the glazed fabric AG, the new enterprise firmierte under Enka glazed fabric AG.
