Jules Pan (* 29 November 1830 in "† 30 January 1898 in Paris) was a French surgeon.

It accomplished 1879 for the first time a Pylorusresektion with a patient with Magenausgangsstenose. The patient survived the operation four days.

After it the clamp, a surgical instrument is designated.
