Karl Abraham (* 3. May 1877 in Bremen; " 25 December 1925 in Berlin) was a German neurologist and psychiatrist and as such an important representative of the psychoanalysis.
Abraham studied medicine in peppering castle and Berlin and attained a doctorate in Freiburg in mash gau. 1904 to 1907 he was an assistant of Eugen Bleuler at the in Zurich. During this time it was made familiar by C.G. Jung with the psychoanalysis. He was a pupil and close trusted friends of Sigmund Freud and participated in its "on Wednesdays combination" in Vienna, before he established himself 1908 in Berlin as a mental specialist. it created 1920 together with max of Eitingon citizens of Berlin Psychoanalyti Institut.
