Karl Otto weber (* 29. December 1827 in Frankfurt/Main, "† 11 June 1867 in Heidelberg) be a German surgeon and pathologist.

Weber studied in Bonn and Paris. It habilitierte 1853 in surgery. it received the chair the surgical university in Heidelberg to 1856. Weber was specialized in pathological anatomy and a specialist in the range of the Histologie and Histogenese. At the surgical university clinic it gave the impact to Heidelberg for the building of the hospital buildings in Heidelberg/mountain home.

Weber died scarcely at a Diphtherie.
