Kirsten Mueller Vahl, geb. Rogmann (* 6. March 1964 in Hanover) is a German lady doctor.

It studied the training as the specialized lady doctor for neurology from 1983-1990 medicine at the medical university Hanover and attained a doctorate 1990 to the Dr. med.1999 locked it there. 2003 were habilitiert it at the medical university Hanover for the field of activity experimental psychiatry. It is member of the scientific adviser of the Tourette society Germany and member of the board of the working group Cannabis as medicine.

Their scientific emphasis lies in the study of the Tourettesyndroms. Since 1994 it examines the therapy of the Tourettesyndroms with Cannabis sativa. It proved a significant improvement of the symptoms by the administration of this active substance.
