KNOX stands as mark for the oldest smoking central factory in Germany, which is driven out in the small locality Mohorn reason in the city Wilsdruff of the company "„pharmacist Hermann Zwetz "“.

Starting from 1865 the pharmacist, whose name the company carries this very day, offered the as cure against whooping cough and asthma. Later the Kerzchen was added for Christmas.

Today approx. 50 tons of smoking goods in more than 30 smell directions are manufactured into the 1997 newly established manufacturing plants. The enterprise that also during the GDR time in private hand was, possesses also a small museum, in which much is to be experienced over smoking means, particularly from Saxonia in addition, the remainder of the world.
