Principles:

• Parameter principle (everything and each activity, which I can make to my KKV to contribute)
• Concentration principle (concentration on clearly KKVs)
• Consistency principle distribute (knappe resources according to importance noticed by the customer on performance characteristic)
• Wahrnehmnungsprinzip (only noticed KKVs are KKVs)
• Competition principle (I must know the KKVs of my competitors)
