Konrad Barthold Behrens (* 26 August 1660 in Hildesheim; "† 4 October 1736 in Braunschweig) was a German physician and historian.

It was attained a doctorate in Helmstedt 1684. As a braunschweigischer army surgeon it participated in the war in Hungary and 1712 the body physician of the duke Anton Ulrich of Braunschweig Lueneburg was appointed. It died 1736 in Braunschweig.

Works

It is well-known as authors of a history of the braunschweigischen prince house. He earns mention because of its literary achievements on the area of the hygiene and the Medicina forensis:

  • Appraisal, like a soldier in the field before diseases to guard knows, Hildesheim, 1689.
  • Medicus legalis etc., Hildesheim, 1696.
  • Selecta diaetetica de recta ad valetudinem tuendam ratione, Hildesheim, 1710.
