This list of the television stations contains German-language and anderssprachige television stations. The list calls public and private full programs and afterwards section programs with the German-language transmitters after its respective section.

Digital programs within Programmbouquets as mentioned, as for example pool of broadcasting corporations digitally, Second Channel of German Television vision, premiere, cable-digitally Home (cables Germany and/or cable German Federal Armed Forces), Tividi (ish and/or iesy) or easy.TV were taken up likewise. With each program the official designation is (short form) as well as - so far well-known - the kind of sending called. With programs, which were in former times under another designation on transmission, also the original designation is indicated.

Subsequently, follows an overview of German-language programs, which stopped the transmit mode or in other programs are come up.

All programs mentioned are partly still similar over antenna (terrestrial) and cables in completely Germany and beyond that via satellite also in far parts of Europe receiptable. Some programs are in the meantime digitally radiated exclusively (DVB).

Not completely taken up are local television programs, thus programs, which are to be received only in a very small transmission area over antenna or cable (e.g. the open channel of a city or a region).
