Lucius Spengler (* 1858 in Davos, "† 1923) was a Swiss physician.

The son of Alexander Spengler studied Heidelberg medicine in Zurich, and returned then to Zurich, where he became first with Wyss, then with crowning flax an assistant.

1887 it established itself in Davos, where it created itself as Tuberkulosearzt soon an international name. 1900 it opened the institute for sample "„to sanatorium Schutzalp "“, which it led up to its death as a Chefarzt. Spengler belongs to the pioneers of the artificial Pneumothorax. After it the Spengler exudates are designated.
