Manolis Anagnostakis ast) (* 10. March 1925 in Thessaloniki; " 22 June 2005 in Athens) was a Greek poet of the Existenzialismus.
Anagnostakis studied first in its hometown medicine and practiced later than radiologist. During the Second World War and the following civil wars was he active member of the resistance movement. After a military court had condemned it to death, it spent many years in detention and in the exile.
Its career as writers it began 1944 with articles in the magazine Xekinima. 1945 appeared under the title epoch I first poem volumes. Further volumes of this cycle followed 1948 and 1951. A second poem row published it between 1956 and 1962.
Its works were toned by composers such as Mikis Theodorakis, Thanos Mikroutsikos, Angeliki Ionatou and Michalis Grigoriou.
