Mobile business processes (mobile Business Processes) are business processes, which contain mobile jobs or other mobile elements. The term is used typically in connection with the employment of mobile electronic communication technologies and mobile terminals for the improvement of such business processes, sees also for this mobile Commerce.
The employment of mobile technology in the enterprise is regarded frequently exclusively from the technical point of view. In reality however it concerns not primarily around a technical, but an organizational problem. (Although helpfully) also the simple possibility for the mobile dispatch and receipt of enamels are not the center of attention. Instead mobile solutions exhibit at least from two characteristic characteristics: the complete inclusion of mobile jobs in inside and inter-company processes or the complete automation of individual subprocesses by direct communication of devices among themselves. By mobile jobs thereby a multiplicity of extremely heterogeneous activity profiles are understood, which can be not sufficiently supported by stationary IT-employment.
