With the so-called Morocco Congo agreement the German Reich recognized the French supremacy over Morocco on. The signing of the Morocco Congo contract on 4 November 1911 in Berlin terminated the second Morocco crisis. In response surrendered France parts the French Congo and French equatorial Africa, new Cameroon in such a way specified, to the German Reich.
