The Musculus adductor pollicis (lat.: Daumenadduktor) is one skeleton muscles of the thumb bundle (Thenar).

Function

The Musculus adductor pollicis advances the thumb to the index finger. In addition it causes a small opposition and aspect ratio in the thumb basic joint.
