Naomi for sale (* 1932 in Munich) is an US-American Gerontologin and a former off Broadway actress, which confused a method for handling that ducks under the designation Validation or, old humans invented. The Validation is to facilitate their task for maintaining.

It buildup in the Montefiore old people's home in Cleveland, Ohio, which led its father. To the Columbia University it acquired Masters a Degree for social work. Between 1963 and 1980 it developed the Validations method. It is Executive Director Validation of the training of institute (VTT).

The methodology of the Validation is based on the following goals:

• The life circumstances of disoriented humans are accepted.
• The maintaining are supported in handling very old, disoriented humans, who leave free run to its feelings.
• Humans are accepted in such a way, as they are.
• The cause of feelings is fathomed and very old humans are supported to receive its.

Validation is in the old person work a recognized proceeding.
