Johann George Niederegger was born 1777 in Ulm. There it successfully completed a Konditorlehre. Afterwards it pulled to Luebeck and worked in the confectionery Maret on the market. After the death of the owner its widow Niederegger transferred the business (Maree confectionery), which thus at the 1. March 1806 its own enterprise to base could.
