Nikolai Nikolajewitsch Anitschkow (Russian ; * 22. Oktober/3. November 1885 in sank Petersburg; "† 7 December 1964 in Leningrad) was a Russian pathologist.

Anitschkow worked as an assistant on pathological Institut of the University of Freiburg at Karl Albert Ludwig Aschoff. As professor and a director/conductor of the department for pathological anatomy of the institute for experimental medicine he worked at the military-medical academy "“S.M. Kirow"” in Leningrad.

Despite its noble descent and the fact that it was never member of the CPSU, it brought it to the lieutenant general of the Soviet armed forces and to the president to the academy of the medicine sciences of the USSR. Further it was member of the Academy of Sciences and member of the German academy of the natural scientists (Leopoldina) and received the state price.
