A nonjudicial punishment is given with an offence against the rules and regulations. There are nonjudicial punishments in the sport, which are determined according to the rules of the respective kind of sport. This gives it further at school in form of a blame or a reference. There are nonjudicial punishments furthermore with the military. In addition among other things detention belongs up to imprisonments with heavy discipline offences. In 19. Century inside gave it in naval forces and partially also in the civilian navigation the keel getting, which was to be equated a death sentence. The death penalty is the heaviest form of the nonjudicial punishment. This is abolished in Europe since beginning of the 1970er years.

Generally German official right is the current legal situation another. There are not actual nonjudicial punishments after it no more. The current Disziplinarrecht of the federation and the countries sets disciplinary actions, which are educational measures in its place. Special punishments are because of kind 103 GG constitutionally inadmissibly.
