Normative economics, a branch of the political economy, covers Werturteile, which should be changed in (people) an economic system or which are certain political actions at the best for reaching a desired goal. Normative economics is concerned with whether certain aspects or parts for the remaining economy are desirable. You are the basis politico-economic intentions of a certain direction.
