PET Preform is the sprayingpoured "“gathering mold"” that generally admitted PET Flasche.Der way from a PET Preform to the PET bottle goes through the usually following steps:

1. Preform warm up
2. Preform comes into (usually) three-part forming tool
3. Thorn drives into Preform and stretches it on the final length of the bottle
4. Compressed air blows the developed hose into the final form
5. Condition (cooling)
6. Forming tool opens
7. Eject

If one warms up the Preform to for a long time, then a C-PET (crystalline) forms from the A-PET (amorphous), which looks whitish cloudy and is not intended.

If one regards a PET bottle exactly, one will find long senkrechte to two and within the soil range an all around running line.

That is typical for a three-part forming tool. Because of bottle soil geometry one must go away usually the tool downward, while the side parts open outward.
