A procedure multipoint network plan is the diagram form for a network plan, with which the individual procedures are represented as small boxes, which with important characteristic data of the procedure (earliest start, latest start etc.) are provided. The procedures are connected by arrows, which symbolize logical dependence. The frequently falsely used designation PERT diagram is misleading, since the original PERT uses event multipoint network plans.
