The project team is a group of persons, whom a smaller project and/or a subproject has to convert actually, which makes thus the actual work. Usually a team leader, that is with smaller projects usually also the project manager, with larger the subproject manager, manages the team. For project teams it is characteristic that it always concerns smaller groups, which complement each other all personally, and appear as a unit opposite others.
