The property market is a part of the so-called real estate economy. Of their tasks (development, management and marketing of real estates the property market takes over the third task as well as parts first.

Contrary to other market ranges the property market has completely special characteristics. They base particularly on the following aspects:

  • Reason and soil are not increasable
  • Landed property is a "“immovable right property"”
  • Real estates satisfy one of the basic needs of humans, i.e. living, and in certain measure also the desire for security.

Therefore particularly strict legislation in most states for basic traffic and at the housing market, which brought also special administrative proceedings and occupations out, exists. To state are in particular:
