The "“public interest"” is a right term, which refers to the interests of the public interest and distinguishes it from the interests of individual. The term is considered as "“indefinite right term"”, whose exact outlines in each individual case are determined by lawyers. Naturally it plays a role in the "“public right"” and also in the law of criminal procedure.
