The production economy is concerned with the management of technology, production and logistics processes in enterprises. Production economy is special management economics and examines the planning, organization, co-ordination and economical controlling of production, as well as pre and stored operational Funktionen.Die the production industry can the manufacturing industry and the process industry be partitioned. The manufacturing industry is coined/shaped by discrete production units, i.e. divide-referred manufacturing and assembly processes. The process industry is coined/shaped by continuous or intermittent (e.g. batch-oriented) processes, whose output is measured by weight or unit volumes.

One produces in complex manufacturing plants, which are usually part of enterprise-spreading production networks. The individual manufacturing plants are among themselves connected by logistics networks, which cover the camp and transportation capacities. Logistics ensures thereby for time and mengengerechete supply and the transport of the intermediate products to stored production stages and the final products to the customers.

Positioning in the competition

The production program fixed in accordance with condition of and as soon as product and market achievement organization (product development, product Design, product marketing). The production networks and co-operation relations are specified over strategic suppliers' relations and delivery agreements. Indirectly thereby also the manufacturing depth in the respective production location are specified.

Structure of Produktionstandorten

After the technology and process selection the production-necessary plants are configured and developed at the production location. The choice of location precedes the structure of the manufacturing plant at a production location. This strategic decision becomes by resources-conditioned factors - availability and costs personnel qualified of raw materials, energy, proximity to research and development -, logistics-conditioned factors - proximity to the consumer markets, transport costs and - times, storage costs - and national and/or legal factors (tax legislation, free capital traffic, infrastructure, environmental protection, customs regulations, contract security) affects.

Production

After the structure of the manufacturing plant the admission of production takes place. The production program becomes thereby by production planning and - control coordinates. The production personnel is trained and develops a produktionsspezifsche experience. Ideally thereby culturally embodied develops.

Retreating longwall system and quiet putting

After task of a production location measures for retreating longwall system of the production plants and possible location reorganization must be introduced.
