Quartiarisierung or Quartarisierung is original a term from the economy.

It designates the transformation of an existing national economy of the service company to a society, which the work on humans, who place work on us, into the foreground:

• Education
• physical, mental and mental health
• Art as personal expression
• New ways of interhuman communication and organization

According to the four-sector hypothesis a national economy consists of primary (land, forestry, fishery), secondary (mining industry, industry, handicraft), tertiary (services) and (s.o.) sector. By the progressive globalization so far the emphasis of production of the historical agrarian sector shifted over the industrielle production and simple services, the Tertiarisierung applied in the last decades in the industrial nations as a way to the creation of new jobs.

In the course of the Quartiarisierung it becomes more and more clear that work and something create to [it] among the human needs rank, and the fact that the almost job that does not become fair, if it is not a really meaningful and satisfying activity, but only serves the exclusive purpose of the economical existence safety device.
