Radio Nederland Wereldomroep (RNW) is the foreign service of the Netherlands broadcast. The foreign programs with emphasis in English and Netherlands language consist on messages and background reports of the Netherlands and the Benelux states. Further transmission languages are Spanish, Portuguese, French and Indonesian.

For Netherlands spectators abroad together with the broadcast the television program BVN-TV over satellite is radiated.

The programs are radiated into all world regions on short wave and medium wave by transmitting plants in the Netherlands, on Madagascar and Bonaire. Radio Nederland is member in the DRM consortium and radiates numerous transmissions in digital modulation, in the DRM mode.
