Radio Libre Mille of the Collines (RTLM) is a Rwandese radio and television station, which went in July 1993 as language pipe of the extremistic Hutu power on transmission.

The transmitter operated hate propaganda before the genocide in Rwanda against Tutsi, moderate Hutus, Belgian (former colonial power) and the mission UNAMIR of the United Nations. It was the most important instrument for propaganda and the spreading of the instructions to a to a large extent analphabetische population.
