The term of the re-submission (abbreviation Wv. or Wvl.) comes from the range of the right-using occupations (judge, attorney) and the administration. With the term one period, up to which a document or a procedure is to be submitted again, is determined in advance. Re-submission periods are registered into a period calendar, so that a document comes not completely into oblivion.
In contrast to it "details periods" or "final dates" are such periods, at whose attention or neglect the law attaches legal consequences, e.g. Period for filing suit of 3 weeks with a protection against dismissal complaint, the period of one month for inserting an appointment. Such periods are frequently also called "red periods", because they were usually registered in former times with red color into the period calendar.
In the public administration the mounting of the note represents an order. It instructs subordinated coworkers to accomplish this activity.
Example: Wv. 11.12.2005 SE 23/11.
